How to Order
There are various ways to place your order with us.

Please Note: If you want to place an advance order for an item that has not yet been published this
cannot be done through the website. Please contact our Customer Service Department if you wish to
reserve any item not yet published.
Online orders:
First step is to register online and log-in. Select the relevant Customer Category:
Public Customer
School / Child Care Centre Customer
Library Customer
Trade / Bookshop (Reseller) Customer.
All information boxes are to be completed to ensure a smooth transaction process. Child Care Centres, Bookshops and other Trade Customers need to provide their ABN (Australian Business Number) when registering.
Browse and select the items you wish to purchase. Add to Cart. When you have finalised your order, select Checkout and complete the next process: Delivery Information.
If the delivery address is different to the account address, select Change Address and change to the desired address. You are also able to add any comments regarding your order or special requirements at this point. Next step is to continue with your order checkout for payment. Select Continue.
You have the opportunity to change the billing address at this stage. Change if necessary.
Now it is time to select your payment method.
  • Bank Transfer Payment. Our bank details and a copy of your order will be sent by email to your nominated email address for payment. Please process the bank payment promptly for order processing. Goods will not be shipped until payment is received.
  • Credit Card - VISA or MASTER CARD ONLY. Your credit cards details are only stored for this transaction and all information has been encrypted for security purposes.
  • For Schools and Libraries only. Where applicable please include the institutions official order number. If this is required by the customer?s accounts department with all orders, please ensure this is included on your order.
Review your order. If there are any changes to any part of your order, now is the time to do that. If all details are correct select Confirm Order
An email of order confirmation with a full description of your order will be sent to your nominated email address. If there are any issues our customer service office will contact you about your order.
