The phrases have been tried and tested with various teachers, office administrator for the most common terms used in the school office or in class. For example, if there is a Polish child, just touch the Polish “button” and then the phrase you you want to communicate (eg Please bring your child at 9 o’clock)will be spoken in Polish. Then touch the Lithuanian hotspot and hear the same phrase spoken in Lithuanian.

We are now into the third generation of TalkingPEN’s. The PENpal is the latest pen that runs on rechargeable batteries – a 2 hour charge will be sufficient for at least a day’s normal use in a busy classroom. It has 4GB of memory which is expandable to 16 GB. 4GB will hold about 250 hours of audio content.
A USB cable connects the PENpal to a computer for backup purposes, and through our free MantraLINK software, users can purchase and manage new and current audio files.
